Good Earth Natural Foods Good Earth Natural Foods in beautiful downtown Fairfax since 1969 has been continually offering our local community the finest organic foods we can procure. You won't find us listed on the New York Stock Exchange, nor are we going to open a store in neighborhoods all over the Planet. We simply want to sell our customers foods grown and processed using the radical but ancient concept, care. Often care takes a back seat to the pursuit of the almighty dollar. We feel that this is wrong and shortsighted. We offer foods grown and prepared using a minimum of processing and no chemical pesticides or food additives. If we cannot meet this ideal with a certain food item, we get as close as we can and make as much noise as we can to change it for the better. We always endeavor to remember that food contains spirit.

Return Policy
We offer 100% satisfaction on all products. Please save your receipt to be given a refund, otherwise we will give you an in-store credit.
Special Orders
We encourage you to let us special order products for you. This helps us learn what our customers want us to carry. With items that we do not carry we request a deposit.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also take ATM cards and provide a small cashback service.
Personal Check Policy
We accept local checks. Current phone number and address need to be written on the check. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
We do have a 3rd party check system in place: TeleCheck

Cashier Part Time
Good Earth Natural & Organic Foods is looking for a Part-Time cashier with prior experience and knowledge of natural foods. The right applicant will be friendly, fast and know natural foods from collards to quinoa, from green foods to GMOs. The position works weekends and evenings. Good Earth provides benefits including good organic food, store discount and a profit sharing plan.
Grocery Stocker
Currently we need a hard-working individual who is passionate and knowledgeable about natural foods to join our grocery team. This position is Full Time, and works at least one weekend day. Come be part of a strong team of committed people making our grocery department excel in customer service and product availability. This is a very physical job requiring hustle and all-day lifting and ferrying loads. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly.
Full Time Cook Wanted
Currently we are seeking a very experienced cook who is creative, passionate and knowledgeable about natural foods to join our team. The right candidate will have experience cooking a variety of vegetarian foods. 2-3 years experience in professional kitchens preferred. Shifts are evenings. 
Meat & Seafood Counter Service
Good Earth is seeking an experienced person to provide customers with fantastic service in our Meat & Seafood department. Our fish is ethically harvested and not farm-raised. We provide organic, hormone-free and antibiotic-free chicken and turkey products. And natural or organic meats. This position is Full-Time with at least one weekend day.
Pastry Baker
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Baker who can "rise" to the occasion. Must have bakery experience and organic foods knowledge. This position is full time and works evenings.
